The owner of L.R. Hall Auditorium had been conducting business in downtown Birmingham without purchasing the necessary business licenses. This showed up in a recent investigation by city officials to check the safety standards of the hall.

CBS42 reports, that upon hearing that the hall is unlicensed, “the council voted to approve a resolution for the owner of LR Hall to cease and desist business.”
