  By creating form templates you avoid the need for re-keying forms. Whenever you need to fill out the same form, such as a state form that has to be re-filled for every location in that state, you simply re-use the existing template.  
• Save forms as drafts
  If you want to stop working on a form while in the middle of filling it out, you can save it as a draft and come back to it later. Drafts are saved for 30 days.
