Take Advantage of San Juan Capistrano’s Business License Amnesty Program

The city is urging business owners to take advantage of the San Juan Capistrano business license amnesty program. Unlicensed businesses can now register with the city without being subject to penalties and fines.

The City of San Juan Capistrano has published a reminder of their amnesty program on their website. “The City is reminding local businesses about its Business License Tax Amnesty program that began in May and is designed to encourage businesses to meet City requirements by obtaining a business license.”

As detailed in an earlier post, the program will run from Thursday, May 19 through November 15 to ensure voluntary compliance to business licensing regulations by all merchants in the city of San Juan Capistrano, California.
